1. Booking and Payment

• Booking Confirmation: A non-refundable retainer of $250 is required to secure your booking date and time. The remaining balance is due no later than 4 days before the scheduled session.​

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfers.​

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Client Cancellation: If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 14 days in advance. The retainer is non-refundable; however, it can be applied to a rescheduled session within 6 months of the original date.​

• Rescheduling: One reschedule is allowed without penalty if requested at least 7 days before the session date. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.​

• Photographer Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we must cancel, a full refund will be provided, or the session can be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.​

3. Session Policies

• Punctuality: Sessions begin and end at the agreed-upon times. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other bookings.​

• Guests: For boudoir and maternity sessions, we recommend limiting guests to ensure a comfortable environment. Please discuss any guest attendance with us in advance.​

4. Image Delivery and Retention

• Delivery Timeline: Edited images will be delivered within 4 weeks of the session date via a private online gallery.​

• Gallery Access: The online gallery will be available for 1 Year. Please download and back up your images within this period.​

• Image Storage: We archive images for 1 year after the session date. Retrieval after gallery expiration may incur a fee.​

5. Copyright and Usage

• Photographer's Rights: All images are copyrighted by Christine Shields Photography and may be used for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, Unless otherwise discussed.

• Client's Usage: Clients receive personal use rights, allowing printing and sharing of images for non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires prior written consent.​

6. Privacy Policy

• Personal Information: We collect personal information solely for booking and communication purposes. Your information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties without your consent.​

• Cookies: Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience. By using our site, you consent to our use of cookies.​

7. Liability

• Limitations: While we take utmost care in capturing and editing your images, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.​

8. COVID-19 Policies

• Health and Safety: We adhere to current health guidelines to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. If you feel unwell, please contact us to reschedule your session.​
